How this office handles what you send
This page covers seohiocounseling.site only. It is the public site for Southeastern Ohio Counseling Center, LLC at 227 Old National Rd, Old Washington, OH 43768.
The number on the contact form
The form asks for a phone number and a visit length. After you send it, the page shows a thank-you note in the browser. Use it when you want a callback from 740-825-2648. Do not type clinical details into that box — there is no box for them.
If you write [email protected], that message goes to the practice mailbox. Send scheduling notes there. Keep health history for the session itself.
What this site does not do
The pages do not sell a mailing list, and they do not ask you to make an account. Session notes are not stored on this website. Questions about a record belong on a call with the office, not in a web form.
