For one adult who wants a specific problem named. The first evaluation is 45 minutes. Later visits are 30. You leave with one action, not a reading list.
Couples session
Both people get a turn. The point is to hear the same week twice and decide the one change that would make the next week different.
Family meeting
Useful when a parent and a teen are stuck on the same rule. The room has a turn order so the loudest voice is not the only record.
